A colleague, Pete, and I are big Alan Partridge fans. We both had the script books and we used to quote from them regularly to break up the working day. Pete actually indexed his book with Post-It notes to highlight all the best bits, such as using the sausage as a breakwater.
On Pete’s leaving day, I presented him with my version of the Alan Partridge Fun pack. The digital watch with a denim strap was the toughest bit as I had to buy these items seperately and combine them. And the first strap that I bought was fake-denim, so it didn’t meet the requirements.
It’s all there though: a torch, a CurlyWurly, a book of stamps, a free digital watch with denim strap, a vodka miniature, a Bic-style razor and a copy of the Daily Express. Ooooooh, it’s a good paper.
Perhaps you could have a go at making your own AP Fun pack.
